Located in the heart of the historic Mohawk Valley, this c.1860 limestone Castle is celebrating it’s 31st year as central New York’s most unique and beautiful restaurant and event venue. Our main floor features intimate dining where you can enjoy freshly prepared inspired dishes in a magnificent setting. An extensive wine cellar of boutique and hard-to-find selections compliments the dinner menu. The Dungeon bar & grill provides a more casual atmosphere with it’s own menu of pub fare and an extensive selection of over 100 craft beverages. Beardslee Castle is an ideal setting for memorable wedding receptions and events with beautiful grounds and gardens and a banquet room accommodating up to 175 guests.
